Its 21 Dec & its the 1st day of the winter!

and i work PM shift for today coz ytd was too tiring for me to run here run there and i not able to wake up.
Of coz there will be Tang Yuan from us!!
We made green, red, yellow, white Tang Yuan for everyone, almost for 100++ staffs & guests here.

I really feel happy and excited when they are ready to be served on the line.
We even made brochures for introduction of the 冬至 & 汤圆。
Actually I am the 1 made it. =P
And we have them for all of the tables in the dining!
But most of the american feedback was they don't like the texture of the Tangyuan.
The taste is good though.
